Industrial Lubricants – Bonderite, Silicone Oils, and Specialty Lubricants

SILITECH's industrial lubricants include high-performance lubricants for foundries, metal forming, machining, maintenance, and specialty applications. We carry the complete Henkel Bonderite product line, as well as silicone-based lubricants and release agents.

Henkel Bonderite (formerly Acheson, DAG)

Bonderite lubricants based on graphite, boron nitride, and MoS₂ for extreme conditions: die lubrication (L-FG series), mold release (L-CA series), general-purpose lubricants (L-GP series), and corrosion protection (M-NT series). Temperature-resistant up to over 1000 °C.

Silicone-based lubricants

Silicone oils and greases for applications requiring chemical inertness, a wide temperature range (–60 °C to +250 °C), and material compatibility. For O-ring lubrication, valve seals, electrical contacts, and food-contact applications (NSF H1 certified).

Areas of application

Metal forming: Die-casting and extrusion lubricants. Foundry: Die coatings and mold release agents. Maintenance: Multi-purpose spray lubricants and specialty greases. Electronics: Thermally conductive pastes and protective greases.
