Anaerobic adhesives & threadlockers

Anaerobic adhesives – threadlockers, flange seals, shaft-hub joints

Anaerobic adhesives cure in the absence of air and upon contact with metal ions. They are the industry standard for threadlockers, flange gaskets, shaft-hub connections, and pipe gaskets.

Screw locks

Low-strength (can be loosened by hand): For adjustment work and frequent disassembly. Medium-strength (can be loosened with a tool): For standard connections M6–M20. High-strength (can only be loosened with heat): For safety-critical connections in mechanical engineering and automotive engineering.

Flange gaskets (FIPG)

Anaerobic flange sealants (formed-in-place gaskets) replace pre-formed gaskets. They fill irregularities up to 0.5 mm and are resistant to oils, coolants, and hydraulic fluids.

Shaft-hub connections

High-strength anaerobic bonding adhesives for securing bearings, bushings, and sleeves. Gap-filling capability up to 0.25 mm, shear strength up to 25 N/mm².
