Epoxy adhesives – 1-component and 2-component systems for structural bonding

Epoxy adhesives are the top choice for high-strength, structural bonding applications in industry. They offer excellent adhesion to metal, plastic, ceramics, and composites—while also providing resistance to chemicals, moisture, and temperature extremes.

Single-component epoxy adhesives (1K)

One-component epoxy adhesives cure when heat is applied (typically 120–180 °C) and deliver maximum strength. Ideal for automated processes where controlled curing is possible. Applications: engine manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, bonding of magnets.

Two-component epoxy adhesives (2K)

Two-component systems cure at room temperature after mixing. From fast-curing (5-minute pot life) to slow-curing (90 minutes)—suitable for every manufacturing requirement.
