Electrical casting resins provide long-lasting protection for electronic assemblies against moisture, vibrations, chemicals, and thermal stress. They offer excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength >15 kV/mm) and are available in various thermal conductivities.

Material Types

Epoxy potting: Maximum mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Silicone potting: Flexible, repairable potting compound for assemblies subject to thermal cycling. PU potting: Good elasticity with moderate temperature resistance.
