Permabond Aktivator CSA (1 L): Cyanacrylat-Aktivator (1 Liter, flüssig) — beschleunigt die Aushärtung von Permabond CA-Klebstoffen, erweitert das Spaltfüllvermögen, aktiviert schwierige oder poröse Oberflächen. Hauptanwendungen: Beschleunigung CA-Aushärtung, Schwierige Substrate (sauer/porös), Grossspalt-CA-Klebung.
CSA Activator (C Surface Activator) is applied to substrates prior to cyanoacrylate application when the substrates: 1) are acidic or porous (wood, cardboard, some plastics—which delay or prevent CA curing), 2) require large gap widths (CSA increases the CA’s gap-filling capacity), 3) require very fast curing (high-throughput production). CSA is brushed or sprayed on, allowed to evaporate briefly, and then CA is applied.
Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place—Permabond adhesives typically between +5 and +25 °C; see the TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Note the expiration date on the packaging. Store cyanoacrylates in a cool place (ideally refrigerated) for maximum shelf life.
