BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 ACHESON (formerly known as Acheson GP 2404) is an inorganic, water-based graphite lubricant specially developed for use in high-temperature industrial processes. The product provides reliable lubrication, excellent temperature resistance, and a uniform sliding coating—even under extreme thermal conditions.
It is preferred for use in hot forming, extrusion, continuous casting, and other high-temperature metalworking processes. The high-quality graphite it contains provides long-lasting wear protection, reduces friction, and extends the service life of tools and molds.
Thanks to its good adhesion to metal surfaces and stable suspension properties, BONDERITE L-GP 2404 is ideal for automated spray applications or manual application by brush, dip coating, or spray technology.

Processing and application:
The product is ready to use and can be applied undiluted. Stir or shake well before use. Apply by manual or automatic spraying, brushing, or dipping. Recommended application temperature: room temperature up to 60°C.
