BLUESIL® RTV 3410 QC B blue is the reactive catalyst component of the addition-curing 2K silicone system RTV 3410 QC. In combination with the transparent A component, it produces a clear, elastic silicone rubber with excellent electrical insulation properties, high temperature resistance, and very fast curing. The blue color of the B component facilitates visual control of homogeneity during mixing. The system is ideal for transparent protective potting applications in electronics, sensor technology, and LED technology. The 2.5 kg container size is ideal for industrial applications with increased demand.

Homogenize RTV 3410 QC A and B separately
Mix exactly in a 1:1 ratio (by weight or volume)
Mix thoroughly – can be checked visually by the color
Vacuum venting recommended for high optical requirements
Pour into prepared mold or component opening
Curing at room temperature or faster with heat
Demolding or further processing after complete cross-linking
Avoid direct contact with materials containing sulfur, amines, or tin.
Storage: in the original sealed container at 5–30 °C
