SILBIONE DISPERSION CAF 71528 is a one-component silicone elastomer that cures at room temperature upon contact with air humidity. This special product contains reactive polydimethylsiloxane oils and inert fillers and is supplied in a cyclohexane solution containing 70% solids. It is ideal as a non-stick coating for materials that come into direct contact with food.

Processing and application instructions:
SILBIONE DISPERSION CAF 71528 is ideally applied to the cleaned and dry surface using airless spray technology. For optimum adhesion, pre-treatment with a primer is recommended if necessary. The recommended drying time is approximately 24 hours at room temperature and 50% humidity.
