Clean the substrate
Degrease and dry the bonding surfaces with Permabond Cleaner A—sand them down if necessary to ensure a mechanical bond.

Primer (if needed)
Permabond 2-Component Primer Kit for Critical Substrates.

Mix A and B
At the specified mixing ratio (see TDS; typically 1:1, 2:1, or 10:1). Mix thoroughly until homogeneous—no streaks.

Apply
Apply to a bonding surface within the pot life. For dual-component cartridges with an internal mixer, apply directly.

Assemble components
Join using contact pressure; hold the position in place until initial cross-linking occurs.

Room-temperature curing
24 hours at 23 °C for touch dry, 48 hours for full cure. Can be accelerated with heat.

Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place—Permabond adhesives typically between +5 and +25 °C; see the TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
