Permabond® 802 – High-temperature resistant cyanoacrylate adhesive
Permabond® 802 is a high-performance, single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for industrial applications with high temperature requirements. With a medium viscosity of 90–110 mPa·s, it is easy to dispense and offers a gap-filling capability of up to 0.15 mm.
The adhesive cures within 10–15 seconds (depending on the material) and reaches its final strength after 24 hours. It offers excellent adhesion to metals, numerous plastics, and rubber. Thanks to its high temperature resistance, it is ideal for applications in demanding industrial environments.

Processing instructions
- Surface preparation: Keep surfaces to be bonded clean, dry, and free of grease (Permabond Cleaner A recommended).
- Application: Apply a small drop to one surface, then join the parts together, ensuring they are precisely aligned.
- Fixing: Apply even pressure and do not move during curing.
-
Optimization:
- For porous or difficult surfaces, use Permabond CSA Activator.
- For polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, use Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP).
- Cleaning: Remove excess adhesive with Permabond CA Solvent.
storage
- Store in a cool place (34–46 °F).
- Bring to room temperature before use to prevent condensation.
