PERMABOND® 743HT – Highly flexible cyanoacrylate adhesive for demanding applications
PERMABOND® 743HT is a specially developed cyanoacrylate adhesive that impresses with its exceptional flexibility and significantly increased peel, vibration, and impact resistance. Thanks to its high elasticity (up to 400%), it is ideal for bonding flexible and semi-porous substrates. Even materials with different thermal expansion rates can be bonded securely and permanently, enabling it to withstand thermal shock tests without any problems.
The adhesive is thixotropic, easy to apply, and spreads evenly. With Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP), 743HT can even be used to bond silicone.

Processing instructions
- Surface preparation: Clean, dry, and free of grease. Remove oxide layers from metals.
-
Application:
- Apply thinly to a surface (one drop is usually sufficient).
- Align and assemble parts precisely
- Apply even pressure until hand-tight.
-
Special features:
- For silicone and polyolefins, use Permabond POP Primer.
- For larger gaps, use Permabond CSA Activator .
- Cleaning: Remove excess adhesive with Permabond CA Solvent 2.
Storage and shelf life
- Storage: 2–7 °C, protect from direct sunlight
- Bring to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
