Acrystal Glass Fiber 200-4D – Quadriaxial fabric for high-quality laminations
The Acrystal fiberglass 200-4D is a specially developed, knitted quadriaxial glass fiber fabric with a weight of 200 g/m², which is characterized by its excellent mechanical strength and ease of processing. It is ideal for lamination processes with Acrystal products and offers an outstanding performance-to-weight ratio.
Thanks to its structure, the fabric absorbs mechanical loads particularly well and can be easily shaped in three dimensions. This makes it ideal for manufacturing lightweight laminated panels, reinforcing polystyrene foam objects, or other complex shapes. Its high air permeability enables effective lamination with Acrystal, while the low labor requirements and reduced fiber consumption ensure economical processing.

Processing instructions
- Apply a coat of Acrystal with a brush or spatula.
- Once dry (satin finish, no longer sticky), apply another layer of Acrystal and insert the fiberglass fabric.
- Repeat the process if necessary and finish with a final coat of Acrystal.
- For sturdier boards, increase the material thickness between the layers.
- Recommended quantity: 1–2 coats = 200–400 g/m²
