Product description:

TEROSON SB 2444 is a proven, solvent-based contact adhesive based on polychloroprene, which is characterized by excellent adhesive properties, high initial adhesion, and good aging resistance. The adhesive is ready to use and is ideal for bonding rubber, imitation leather, foams, textiles, metals, and many plastics.

Thanks to its fast flash-off time and flexible application, TEROSON SB 2444 is the first choice in industry and trade—e.g. , for vehicle interior fittings, bonding insulation materials, furniture construction, or bodywork and vehicle construction. The open time allows for easy adjustment before final pressing.

The adhesive is applied to both sides, dried, and then bonded by applying brief, strong pressure. The resulting bond can be subjected to stress immediately and exhibits very high heat and aging resistance.

Processing instructions:

The surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Apply evenly to both surfaces to be joined, allow to air dry (approx. 5–15 minutes), and then join under heavy pressure. Processing temperature: ≥ +15 °C.
