Processing and Mixing

  • For the exact mixing ratio, pot life, and demolding time, please refer to the technical data sheet (TDS) on this product page
  • Before use, stir both components separately and then mix them thoroughly in the specified ratio
  • Degassing under vacuum (30–50 mbar) removes air pockets and improves surface quality
  • Apply ideally at 23 °C and 40–60% relative humidity
  • Contamination from sulfur, amines, tin catalysts, or PVC must be avoided in platinum-cured systems—they prevent curing

Storage and shelf life

  • Store in the unopened original container at 5–25 °C, in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight
  • Shelf life from the date of manufacture as specified in the TDS — typically 12–24 months
  • Close tightly after opening
