SILISIL Silicone Oils are high-purity linear polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fluids with 100% purity. Their viscosity of 100,000 cSt defines their range of applications—from lubrication and release agents to hydraulic functions and specialized care and industrial applications.
100,000 cSt is the standard viscosity for anti-foam concentrates in the petroleum industry—an effective defoamer at an extremely low dosage of 1–10 ppm.

SILISIL Silicone Oil 100,000 cSt: Ultra-viscous PDMS for anti-foam concentrates, premium damping, and high-end personal care. Primary applications include anti-foam in the petroleum industry, high-end personal care, and premium vibration dampers.
PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) is a linear silicone fluid that combines high thermal stability, low surface tension, excellent dielectric properties, and a wide temperature range. Viscosity (measured in centistokes, cSt) determines the field of application—low viscosities are suitable for fluid applications and lubrication, while high viscosities are suitable for damping and conditioning.
SILISIL silicone oils are soluble in aromatic, aliphatic, and chlorinated solvents (e.g., toluene, xylene, hexane, diesel). They are immiscible with water and alcohols. For anti-foaming applications, high-viscosity PDMS is diluted in hydrocarbon solvents and introduced using a metering pump.
