SILISIL MF-Dura 32 – Precise, food-grade silicone for mold making and chocolate molds
SILISIL MF-Dura 32 is a high-quality, addition-curing 2-component silicone (RTV-2) that has been specially developed for applications with the highest demands on detail accuracy, dimensional stability, and temperature resistance. With a Shore A hardness of approx. 32 and excellent tear resistance of over 4.5 N/mm², this silicone offers an ideal balance between flexibility and stability – perfect for molds with fine structures or mechanical stress.
Particularly noteworthy is its tested suitability for chocolate molds up to 70 °C, which also qualifies SILISIL MF-Dura 32 for food-related applications. The processing viscosity of 6,000 mPa·s allows for clean, bubble-free casting, especially when using a vacuum process. The material vulcanizes at room temperature (23 °C) within approx. 90 minutes and reaches its full final strength after 24 hours.
Thanks to its high dimensional stability, freedom from shrinkage, and temperature resistance up to +200 °C, SILISIL MF-Dura 32 is suitable for a wide range of professional mold-making applications.

Processing instructions
- Clean surfaces (free of dust and grease, dry)
- Stir components (base and catalyst) well
- Mix exactly in a 1:1 ratio by weight.
- Deaerate the mixture under vacuum for best results.
- Pour slowly (from a height of approx. 30 cm) to avoid air pockets.
- Demolding after approx. 90 minutes, complete curing after 24 hours
