Description

Permabond UV625 is a single-component, fast-curing, UV-curable adhesive designed primarily for bonding and sealing glass and metal. The cured adhesive is robust, flexible, and offers excellent impact resistance. Its gel-like viscosity and good cure depth make it ideal for use on vertical surfaces or in large gaps.

Features:
  • On-demand curing: The adhesive cures quickly when exposed to UV light, allowing precise control over the curing process.
  • Non-drip: Its gel-like viscosity ensures that the adhesive stays in place, making it ideal for vertical surfaces or large gaps.
  • Flexible with good impact resistance: Once cured, the adhesive is robust and flexible, offering excellent resistance to impact and mechanical stress.
  • Fast curing with low-energy lamps: The adhesive cures quickly, even when using low-energy lamps, which increases efficiency and reduces curing times.
  • 100% solids, no solvents: Permabond UV625 is solvent-free, creating a safer working environment and reducing environmental impact.
  • Excellent adhesion to metal and glass: The adhesive forms strong bonds with both metal and glass surfaces, making it versatile for a variety of applications.
Advantages:
  • Precision and control: The "cure-on-demand" feature allows for precise control over the curing process, simplifying the handling and processing of the adhesive.
  • No dripping or running: The non-drip formula is particularly well suited for applications on vertical surfaces or large gaps, without the adhesive slipping or running.
  • Flexibility and impact resistance: The flexibility and high impact resistance of the hardened adhesive ensure durable and resilient bonds that can withstand mechanical stress.
  • Faster production processes: Rapid curing with low-energy lamps speeds up the production process and improves efficiency, resulting in shorter production times and higher productivity.
  • Environmentally friendly: Since the adhesive contains 100% solids and does not use solvents, it is more environmentally friendly and safer to use, contributing to a better working environment.
  • Versatility: Its excellent adhesion to metal and glass makes Permabond UV625 versatile for use in various industries, such as electronics, automotive, medical technology, and glass processing.
