Permabond A011 Low-strength threadlocker – anaerobic, vibration-resistant, and suitable for drinking water
Permabond® A011 is a low-strength anaerobic threadlocker, ideal for applications where subsequent disassembly with standard tools is required. The product is suitable for securing and sealing threads and coaxial connections up to M20 and offers good vibration resistance and corrosion protection. The WRAS approval also allows direct contact with drinking water, which makes A011 attractive for applications in sanitary engineering.
Thanks to its low cure strength, Permabond A011 can be removed without damage, even from sensitive or large workpieces. The product offers excellent performance on active materials such as brass or copper, while for inactive metals such as stainless steel or zinc, a surface activator (e.g., Permabond A905) is recommended to reduce the cure time.
