Permabond® 3D90 – Infiltrant for maximum strength and perfect surface finish in 3D printed parts
Permabond® 3D90 has been specially developed to improve the mechanical strength and durability of additive manufactured plastic parts. With its ultra-low viscosity, the infiltrant penetrates deep into porous structures, ensuring maximum stability. The matte surface provides a uniform appearance, especially with light colors, and optimally prepares the components for further processing steps such as bonding, sanding, or painting. Thanks to its delayed curing, Permabond® 3D90 provides sufficient time for precise application and is equally suitable for small and large, simple and complex components.

Processing instructions
- Drizzle method for fine or fragile parts: Apply infiltrant in a targeted manner, turn the component over and wet evenly.
- Immersion method for complete components: Slowly immerse the part until no more bubbles rise (at least 10 seconds).
- Überschüssiges Material mit Papiertuch entfernen, aushärten lassen (in der Regel <15 Minuten)
- Wear protective clothing, ensure a well-ventilated environment
