Product description:

NSR Food FPS Spray is a high-quality, silicone-free wet film mold release agent that has been specially developed for plastics processing and packaging production. With NSF M1 registration, this spray is ideal for applications where the release agent comes into contact with food. It improves surface quality and minimizes material transfer to molded parts, making it particularly suitable for components that undergo further processing (painting, printing, or gluing).

Product features:

  • Colorless release agent: High release effect, ideal for thermoplastics such as PLA, PC, PE, and PP.
  • Silicone-free: No material transfer to molded parts, which is ideal for reworked products.
  • High temperature resistance: Can be used at temperatures up to 200 °C.
  • Gentle on plastics: Does not cause stress cracks.
  • Food compliant: NSF registration (category M1), registration number 155325.

Areas of application:

  • Plastic and rubber molds: Ideal for demolding in food packaging production.
  • Food technology: Can also be used as a silicone-free lubricant.

Instructions for use:

  1. Apply a thin, even film to the clean, dry mold.
  2. Allow the product to air briefly until the solvents have evaporated.
  3. Repeat the process if the separating effect diminishes.
