Processing & application
safety notice
Before use, please observe the information in the safety data sheet. Valid safety regulations and local regulations must be observed. Henkel is available to answer any questions regarding analysis or application.
Dilution & mixing ratio
The product is sold as a concentrate. delivered and diluted with water before use. Important: Always add water to the concentrate—never the other way around.
Procedure:
- Stir the concentrate well
- Slowly mix in some of the water, stirring constantly.
- Then quickly add the remaining water until the desired mixture is achieved.
Recommended dilution:
- Trial run: 1 part product to 10 parts water
- Normal operation: 1:20 or higher
- For hot tools (> 320°C): 1:3
order method
Ideally, the application is carried out using conventional spraying processto ensure uniform layer thickness, complete surface coverage, and reduced friction. This not only increases the quality of the forging process, but also extends the service life of the tools.
Conclusion
With BONDERITE L-FG F 31 ACHESON, you are choosing a high-performance, universal lubricant that meets the latest requirements in drop forging technology. It combines process reliability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental compatibility—for consistent quality and efficient series production.
