highly concentrated emulsion of specially selected
release agents for use in aluminum, zinc, and magnesium die casting.
BONDERITE L-CA CP 799
ACHESON has good release properties and, when used,
enables the correct, unrestricted use of
subsequent painting, coating, and bonding work.

Experience to date confirms that castings can be painted, coated, and joined without any problems, provided that oil and grease contamination has been removed from the surface.
Application
● Release agent for die casting of aluminum and
magnesium alloys.
● BONDERITE L-CA CP 799 ACHESON is ideal
for medium-sized electrical components such as
lamp housings, UMTS boxes, computers, and
structural parts that subsequently require painting or bonding.
● It can be applied either by hand sprayer or
robot-based spray systems.

BONDERITE L-CA CP 799 ACHESON emulsions are supplied as concentrates that can be used undiluted or diluted before use. This allows for flexible use and high cost-effectiveness. The product is diluted with water; the ratio depends on the conditions of use and the degree of cooling required. The diluted product does not need to be stirred to ensure homogeneity.
