Product description

BLUESIL® RTV 3428 A + B Kit Translucide is a two-component silicone system that cross-links by addition for the production of dimensionally stable, elastic molds in technical, industrial, and creative applications. The translucent mixture produces a resilient elastomer with a Shore hardness of approx. 28 and offers an exceptional combination of flexibility, mechanical tear resistance, and heat resistance up to +250 °C (briefly up to +300 °C).

Processing instructions

  1. Stir components A and B separately until well blended.

  2. Strictly adhere to the mixing ratio of 1:1.

  3. Mix thoroughly – avoid air bubbles

  4. Vacuum venting recommended for bubble-free results

  5. Pouring into prepared, clean molds

  6. Curing at room temperature or accelerated with heat

  7. Demolding after complete cross-linking

  8. Do not allow contact with materials containing sulfur, amines, or tin.

  9. Storage: sealed airtight at 5–30 °C
