BLUESIL Diluant 2030 – Thinner for silicone products

BLUESIL Diluant 2030 is a special solvent designed to dilute Bluesil silicone products—particularly solvent-based silicone dispersions such as SILBIONE Dispersion CAF (for release coatings). Dilution reduces viscosity, allowing for thinner applications using an airless spray gun.

Application

  • Adjusting the spray viscosity of silicone dispersions to a typical solids content of 50%
  • Cleaning tools and spray guns after applying silicone
  • Pre-cleaning of substrates prior to silicone coating application

Safety

The diluent is flammable (flash point approx. 40°C). Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate ventilation during use and wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety goggles, respiratory protection when handling large quantities). Do not store with oxidizing agents.
