Description

This set is specially designed for outdoor use, even for elements that are partially or completely submerged in water. Acrystal Aqua offers extremely high surface hardness and can be processed using both casting and lamination methods. It can be applied directly to polystyrene foams and similar materials.

Instructions for use

Mixing ratio:

1 part Acrystal Aqua liquid 7 parts Acrystal Aqua powder
Thoroughly mix 1 kg of Acrystal Aqua powder and then add the Acrystal Aqua liquid. Stir until a liquid, homogeneous mixture is formed. The mixture will be very thick at first, but will liquefy after a short time.

Processing method:

1. Pouring: Pour into a silicone mold using the usual venting procedures.
2. Laminating: Apply to a mold with a brush or spatula or apply to polystyrene foam or a similar core.
3. Curing: Remove from the mold after 24 hours and keep the element in a humid environment for at least 72 hours.
