Permabond® UV7141 is a colorless, UV-curing adhesive with two different curing mechanisms: UV curing and anaerobic curing.
This dual curing mechanism helps to achieve complete bonding even in shaded areas that are not exposed to UV light during UV curing. For non-metallic surfaces, apply Permabond® A905 to one side before bonding.
During UV curing, the parts can be fixed together in seconds without any holding devices. At the same time, slower anaerobic curing takes place.
Suitable substrates
- metals
- glass
Advantages of Permabond® UV7141
- Curing even in shaded areas (dark areas)
- Handling strength within seconds after UV curing
- Higher production speed
- High shear strength
- Excellent resistance to chemicals
- Solvent-free
