Permabond® ES566 is a gray, paste-like, single-component epoxy adhesive that flows like solder when heated (during curing). Its high adhesive strength makes it a suitable replacement for joining methods such as riveting and welding. Curing at 25 °C takes only 25 minutes and can also be carried out at low temperatures of 90 °C.
SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
It achieves excellent adhesion on the following materials:
- metals
- composite materials
- Plastics that are difficult to bond, such as nylon and PBT
