Permabond® ES5516 is a high-performance, thermosetting, single-component epoxy adhesive specifically designed for industrial applications. The adhesive offers innovative dual activation technology: fast and precise UV pre-fixation followed by reliable thermal final curing. This greatly facilitates processing and ensures precise positioning of the components to be bonded.
With its outstanding thermal stability up to 180°C, high chemical resistance, and excellent vibration resistance, Permabond® ES5516 is the ideal solution for demanding industrial bonding applications. It is particularly suitable for use in electric motors (class H), automotive, electrical engineering, and general mechanical engineering.
Advantages and features:
- Dual activation: Fast UV pre-fixing and reliable heat curing
- Excellent thermal resistance up to 180°C
- High chemical and vibration resistance
- Easy to work with thanks to its slightly thixotropic consistency
