Loctite® EQ SD20 Digital Dispensing System for Syringes – Precise dispensing of adhesives and fluids

The Loctite® EQ SD20 Digital Syringe Dispenser is a powerful, semi-automatic dispensing system designed specifically for the precise application of Loctite® adhesives and fluids. It is suitable for use with 10 ml, 30 ml, and 55 ml syringes and offers digital control with a time resolution of 0.01 seconds—for maximum dispensing accuracy.

Thanks to the integrated, precise pressure regulator with digital display, controlled air pulses can be generated which, in combination with an airline adapter, ensure exact material delivery. The suction return function with digital vacuum display prevents unwanted dripping and ensures clean working results.

The EQ SD20 supports four operating modes—timer, continuous, cycle, and program mode—enabling flexible adaptation to a wide range of applications. Up to 40 dosing programs can be stored, significantly increasing repeatability and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
