TEROSON® VR 5000 – Spray adhesive for car bodies (SBR)

Product description:

TEROSON VR 5000 is a professional spray adhesive for car bodies in a spray can based on styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). This solvent-based contact and adhesive adhesive impresses with its particularly high immediate adhesive strength and enables fast, reliable bonding of a wide variety of materials. Whether textiles, foams, leather, or wood-based materials—this product creates a permanent bond in no time at all.

The spray is CFC- and CHC-free and is ideal for automotive applications, such as bonding insulation materials, upholstery materials, or coverings. Thanks to its fine, sprayable consistency and adjustable spray head, adhesive can be applied easily and precisely—both horizontally and vertically.

TEROSON VR 5000 is characterized by high resistance to water and good temperature tolerance. It is user-friendly to apply, with an air release time of around 10 minutes, depending on conditions. Adhesive residues can be easily removed with TEROSON VR 10 while still fresh.

Processing instructions:

1. Surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease.

2. Shake the spray can well before use.

3. Apply adhesive evenly at a distance of approx. 20–25 cm.

4. Drying time approx. 10 minutes (finger test: surface should be dry but slightly sticky).

5. Fit the parts together precisely and press them together briefly but firmly.

6. Corrections after joining are hardly possible.

7. Remove fresh adhesive residue with TEROSON VR 10.
