Product description:

BONDERITE M-NT 1455-W is an innovative, chrome-free pretreatment system in the form of ready-to-use wipes. Developed for the metalworking industry, it offers a simple and efficient solution for surface treatment of a wide variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, zinc-plated and galvanized steel surfaces, as well as armored steel and sandblasted metals.

The special water-based formula creates an even conversion layer that serves as an excellent adhesive base for subsequent paints, adhesives, and sealants. The product does not require rinsing and dries on its own, significantly shortening the process flow. BONDERITE M-NT 1455-W improves the corrosion resistance and adhesion of organic coatings – ideal for vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, and industrial manufacturing.

Processing instructions:

  1. Surface must be clean, free of grease and rust

  2. Apply the wipe with light pressure, overlapping slightly.

  3. Keep the surface moist for 1 minute, then allow to air dry for at least 5 minutes.

  4. Coat within 15 minutes

  5. Wear gloves, avoid reusing a cloth

Storage and shelf life:

  • Store at 10–25°C, frost-free

  • Close container immediately after removal

  • Shelf life: 24 months in original container
