Product description BONDERITE L-GP 522 ACHESON

BONDERITE L-GP 522 ACHESON is a colloidal graphite dispersion in mineral oil that has been developed as a tool lubricant and additive for high-temperature applications. Due to the fine graphite particles, the dispersion remains in suspension and can be easily processed through fine filters and nozzles. For applications requiring even finer particles, BONDERITE L-GP OD (also known as Oildag) is recommended.

dilution

BONDERITE L-GP 522 ACHESON should be diluted before use. Pre-dilution and subsequent mixing to the desired consistency is recommended. Slight heating may facilitate mixing with mineral oils.

application

Application possible using circulation systems, brush, dip, or spray methods. Over time, the viscosity may increase slightly without affecting product performance.
