Product description BONDERITE L-GP 6013 ACHESON

BONDERITE L-GP 6013 ACHESON, also known as Dag 6013, is a colloidal graphite dispersion in MIBK (methyl isobutyl ketone). The product is ideal for the production of electrically conductive coatings and offers excellent flexibility and adhesion. It is often used for impregnating fabrics and ensures an even, conductive coating.

application instructions Preparation

Read the safety data sheet before use. The product must be thoroughly homogenized before dilution.

dilution

  • Brush: Maximum 0.5 parts thinner to 1 part BONDERITE L-GP 6013 ACHESON
  • Spraying method: Maximum 1 part thinner to 1 part BONDERITE L-GP 6013 ACHESON
  • Immersion method: Maximum 1 part thinner to 1 part BONDERITE L-GP 6013 ACHESON

application

The product can be applied using a brush, sprayer, or dipping method. The product should be stirred again before use.

drying

  • Air drying: At least 4 hours
  • Forced drying: 30 minutes at 120 °C for improved adhesion and lower electrical resistance
