Mixing
BONDERITE L-GP EB 020A EU ACHESON is ready to use and should be stirred well before application until the color is uniform and no sediment is present. High-speed mixers or paint shakers should be avoided to prevent air entrapment.

It is recommended to pass the mixture through a 200- to 300-micron sieve to remove coarse particles and ensure that the mixture is homogeneous.
Application
The product is applied using standard airless spray equipment. A suction cup gun can be used for small areas. Pressure vessels with propeller agitators are suitable for larger production quantities. The recommended dry film thickness is 10-20 mg per battery housing for optimum electrical properties.
