Description

SG-1001S is a mold release spray that can be used universally. It is highly adhesive, has good lubricating properties, and has a very high release reserve, enabling multiple demolding. SG-1001S contains silicone. SG-1001S is CFC-free.


field of application

SG-1001S is suitable for all separation problems in plastics processing and is also well suited for difficult demolding (processing of polyurethane or epoxy resins). Preliminary tests are required for parts that are to be coated after demolding (e.g., painting, bonding).

Application
