Silicone-free, semi-permanent mold release agent, especially for high mold temperatures. Ideal for use with thermosets.

• Forms a thin, homogeneous, and temperature-stable coating with high release properties.
• Silicone-free, minimized material transfer to molded parts. Ideal for molded parts that require post-processing (painting, printing, or gluing).
• Temperature range up to 250°C.
Examples of use
• As an aid for demolding epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, etc. from steel, aluminum, or composite tools.
instructions for use
• Shake the spray can well before use.
• Apply a thin, even film to the clean, dry mold.
• After approx. 15 minutes drying time, apply a second coat so that the mold is completely covered.
• Allow to cure for 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
• Repeat the process if the separating effect diminishes.
