PTFE-based release agent – resistant to high temperatures (up to a maximum of 300 °C).

FEATURES

Sansil LUBORFLON MS20 is a dispersion of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) telomer in solvents of varying concentrations. Sansil LUBORFLON MS20 contains additives that improve the adhesion of PTFE particles to metal surfaces.

APPLICATIONS

The aerosol form of Sansil LUBORFLON MS20 creates a very uniform film with particles in the range of 3 to 4 micrometers, which offers excellent non-stick and dry lubrication properties. Sansil LUBORFLON MS20 is recommended as a release agent for molding rubber and thermosetting plastics, especially in sensitive molding processes where silicones are not an option. It is also suitable for protecting tools that come into contact with particularly sticky resins or other materials.

Note: This aerosol contains a mixing ball to homogenize the mixture. It is important to shake the bottle before each use.
