Product description

BLUESIL® RTV 3428 B white is the reactive B component for the professional two-component silicone system RTV 3428. In combination with RTV 3428 A, it produces a silicone-elastic material with very good tear resistance, high dimensional stability, and excellent temperature resistance. The white pigmentation of the catalyst component ensures improved visual control during mixing and processing. With an exact mixing ratio of 10:1 (A:B), this system is ideal for industrial molds, toolmaking, series production, and all applications with continuous thermal or mechanical stress.

Processing instructions

  1. RTV 3428 B white Stir well before use

  2. Mix precisely with RTV 3428 A in a ratio of 10:1.

  3. Stir carefully, do not incorporate air

  4. Vacuum venting recommended for high detail requirements

  5. Pour into a clean, grease-free mold.

  6. Curing at room temperature or accelerated at up to 100°C

  7. Remove from mold after complete curing

  8. Avoid contact with substances containing sulfur, amines, or tin.

  9. Storage: sealed airtight, dry and cool at 5–30°C
