Product description

BLUESIL® RTV 3255 in combination with the XY-86 catalyst forms a high-performance 2K silicone system that has been specially developed for industrial molds, series production, and technical replicas. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (by weight or volume) and allows for easy processing, both manually and by machine. The cured material impresses with its medium Shore hardness (approx. 55), excellent tear resistance, and long service life—even under repeated mechanical stress. RTV 3255 is suitable for molds made of PU, epoxy, plaster, or wax and offers excellent detail reproduction even with complex geometries.
