Product description

BLUESIL® RTV 3330 SPU is a very soft and elastic silicone system that has been specially developed for the production of casting molds in the polyurethane sector. The composition has been optimized to maximize chemical compatibility with PU casting resins and ensure a long mold life even under intensive use. With a Shore hardness of approx. 30, RTV 3330 SPU offers a balanced ratio between flexibility and dimensional stability. The 1:1 mixing ratio (by weight or volume) makes the material particularly easy to process and suitable for both manual and machine applications.

Processing instructions

  1. Homogenize components A and B separately

  2. Strictly adhere to the mixing ratio of 1:1.

  3. Stir the mixture slowly and thoroughly – do not incorporate air.

  4. Vacuum ventilation recommended for detailed results

  5. Potting or application in prepared mold

  6. Curing at room temperature or accelerated with heat

  7. Demolding after complete cross-linking

  8. Do not use with substances containing sulfur, amines, or tin.

  9. Storage: cool, dry, in the original container, tightly closed
