SILISIL RTV PP-Flex 12 ist ein 2K-Additionssilikon der SILISIL Prototyping-Professional-Reihe. Die Linie ist auf technische Prototypen-Fertigung und industrielle Anwendungen optimiert und deckt Shore-Härten von weich bis ultra-hart ab — inklusive einer antistatisch modifizierten Variante für elektronikaffine Umgebungen..
Die Shore-Härte A von 12 positioniert das Produkt im Bereich sehr weiche Silikone (Hautnachbildung, Gel-Abformung, Podologie).

Lavorazione e miscelazione
- Per conoscere l'esatto rapporto di miscelazione, il tempo di lavorabilità e il tempo di sformatura, consultare la scheda tecnica (TDS) disponibile in questa pagina del prodotto
- Prima dell'applicazione, mescolare separatamente entrambi i componenti e poi amalgamarli accuratamente nel rapporto indicato
- Il degassaggio sotto vuoto (30–50 mbar) elimina le bolle d'aria e migliora la qualità della superficie
- Applicare preferibilmente a una temperatura di 23 °C e con un’umidità relativa compresa tra il 40 e il 60%
- Nei sistemi reticolati al platino è necessario evitare contaminazioni da zolfo, ammine, catalizzatori allo stagno o PVC, poiché impediscono l'indurimento
Conservazione e durata
- Conservare nella confezione originale non aperta a una temperatura compresa tra 5 e 25 °C, in un luogo asciutto e al riparo dalla luce solare
- Periodo di conservazione a partire dalla data di produzione indicata nella scheda tecnica — in genere 12–24 mesi
- Dopo l'apertura, richiudere accuratamente
