Permabond Haftvermittler-Primer — bereiten kritische Substrate (Polyolefine, Silikon, PTFE oder Metalle) für die Verklebung mit Permabond-Klebstoffen vor. POP Primer ist auf konkrete Anwendungen abgestimmt — die wichtigsten Eigenschaften und Einsatzgebiete finden Sie weiter unten.
Permabond POP Primer macht Polyolefine, PTFE und Silikon CA-klebbar — ohne diesen Primer haftet kein Cyanacrylat auf diesen niedrig-energetischen Substraten. Nach Behandlung mit POP Primer können Verklebungen erzielt werden, die stärker als das Substrat selbst sind.

Permabond POP Primer: Polyolefin-Primer für die Cyanacrylat-Klebung von PP, PE, PTFE und Silikon — auf diesen Werkstoffen ohne Primer keine zuverlässige CA-Verklebung. Hauptanwendungen: Polypropylen (PP) CA-Klebung, Polyethylen (PE) CA-Klebung, PTFE (Teflon) CA-Klebung.
Permabond-Primer werden auf Substraten verwendet, die mit Standard-Klebstoffen nicht ausreichend haften: POP Primer für Polyolefine (PP, PE), PTFE und Silikon (sonst keine CA-Adhäsion möglich); 2-K Primer Kit als Universal-Primer für anspruchsvolle Metall-, Glas- oder Composite-Klebungen — verbessert die Adhäsion deutlich, wirkt als Korrosionsschutz und zeigt mit dem Benetzbarkeits-Indikator, ob das Substrat klebbereit ist.
Conservare nella confezione originale non aperta in un luogo fresco e asciutto — per gli adesivi Permabond, in genere a temperature comprese tra +5 e +25 °C; per i valori esatti, consultare la scheda tecnica (TDS). Consultare la scheda di sicurezza (SDS) prima dell'uso. Rispettare la data di scadenza riportata sulla confezione. Conservare i cianoacrilati in un luogo fresco (preferibilmente refrigerato) per garantire la massima durata.
