SILISIL Paste 4 ist eine Silikonpaste aus der SILISIL Produktreihe — hochviskose, standfeste Silikonzubereitung für Schmier-, Dicht- und Formulierungsaufgaben in Industrie, Elektronik und Medizintechnik..
Die Shore-Härte A von 4 positioniert das Produkt im Bereich sehr weiche Silikone (Hautnachbildung, Gel-Abformung, Podologie).
Ventajas del producto
- Sistema de mezcla de dos componentes con una proporción de mezcla ajustada con precisión
- No se deforma y mantiene sus dimensiones incluso tras un largo periodo de inactividad
- Alta resistencia al desgarro y a la prolongación del desgarro
- Excelente reproducción de los detalles, incluso a nivel microscópico
- Larga vida útil si se instala correctamente
- Compatible con los materiales de colado y de impresión más habituales
Aplicaciones típicas
- Superficies de sellado: sellado con elasticidad permanente de uniones mecánicas
- Lubricación: cojinetes y superficies de deslizamiento sometidos a grandes cargas
- Aislamiento: aislamiento eléctrico y protección contra la corrosión
- Formulación: componente reológico en composiciones de silicona
Elaboración y mezcla
- Consulte la ficha técnica (TDS) de esta página del producto para conocer la proporción de mezcla exacta, el tiempo de vida útil y el tiempo de desmoldeo.
- Antes de su aplicación, remueva ambos componentes por separado y, a continuación, mézclelos bien en la proporción indicada
- El desgasificado al vacío (30-50 mbar) elimina las burbujas de aire y mejora la calidad de la superficie
- Aplicar, preferiblemente, a 23 °C y con una humedad relativa del aire del 40-60 %
- En los sistemas reticulados con platino hay que evitar la contaminación por azufre, aminas, catalizadores de estaño o PVC, ya que impiden el curado
Almacenamiento y conservación
- Conservar en el envase original sin abrir, a una temperatura de entre 5 y 25 °C, en un lugar seco y protegido de la luz solar
- La vida útil a partir de la fecha de fabricación se indica en la ficha técnica del producto; suele ser de 12 a 24 meses
- Una vez abierto, volver a cerrarlo bien
