Prepare the original part and the spray booth
The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust. Spray booth with good ventilation — application temperature 20–25 °C, relative humidity 40–60%.

Combine the ingredients and let them marinate
Stir both components (A + B) separately before use and load them into the two-component spray system—see the TDS for the exact mixing ratio.

Test the spray gun
Test the spray pattern on a sample piece of cardboard—adjust until you achieve an even, thin coat without drips or splatters.

Spray on a thin first coat
Spray evenly from a distance of 25–35 cm—apply the first coat thinly and with full coverage as a finishing coat.

Build up multiple layers
Allow each coat to dry briefly before applying the next (typically 3–5 coats for full build-up). The thixotropic version can be applied vertically without any problems.

Vulcanization and demolding
Pot life and demolding time according to the TDS — typical pot life 6–15 min, demolding after 30–60 min, curing time 24 h for maximum strength.

Platinum-curing spray silicones are sensitive to curing inhibitors—sulfur, amine, tin, and phosphorus compounds can halt the curing process locally. Avoid latex gloves, sulfur-containing modeling compounds, certain adhesive tapes, and PVC plasticizers near the mold. Ideally, process at 23 °C, 40–60% relative humidity. Stir both components separately before adding them to the two-component spray system. Multiple thin spray coats are better than a single thick coat.

No. Silicone sprays leave behind a water-repellent silicone film that prevents paint, adhesives, and coatings from adhering properly. Do not use on surfaces that will later be painted or covered with adhesive—or clean them thoroughly with SILISIL Silicone Remover first.

Store aerosol cans at temperatures below +50 °C, protect from direct sunlight, and keep away from sources of ignition. Pressurized container—do not force open or burn, even after use. In the unopened original container, the shelf life is as specified in the SDS—observe the printed expiration date.
