Substrate clean and dry
Remove dust from the building substrate (concrete, stone, masonry, plaster) and allow it to dry completely—no residual moisture.

Apply
Apply evenly using a sprayer, brush, or trowel—aim to saturate the substrate.

Let it dry
Solvent evaporation — see TDS for drying conditions.

2nd shift (optional)
For highly absorbent substrates, apply a second coat for complete water repellency.

Allow to cure before use
Allow to cure for 24–48 hours before coming into contact with water — full effectiveness after 7 days.
