Clean the substrate
Mit Aceton oder Isopropanol entfetten, ggf. mit Schleifpapier anschleifen — Oxidschichten und Verunreinigungen entfernen.

Primer dünn auftragen
Mit Pinsel, Tauchverfahren oder Sprühen — dünne, gleichmässige Schicht. Mehrfach-Auftrag vermeiden — verschlechtert die Adhäsion.

Let it dry
Mindestens 30 min bei 23 °C trocknen lassen — bei feuchten Bedingungen länger. Nicht antasten während der Trocknung.

Innerhalb von 24 h verkleben
Nach Primer-Trocknung das Silikon innerhalb von 24 h applizieren — bei längerem Warten Primer erneuern.

Verklebung aushärten
Bluesil RTV/CAF gemäss Hersteller-Workflow vernetzen lassen — primierte Substrate erreichen deutlich höhere Scherfestigkeit.

Bluesil Primer PM 821: Spezial-Haftvermittler-Primer der Bluesil-Reihe — abgestimmt auf erweiterte Substrat-Spektren in der Bluesil-Anwendung. Hauptanwendungen: Spezial-Substrate, Bluesil-Verklebungen, Industrie-Klebung.

Substrat zuerst sauber, fettfrei und trocken vorbereiten (mit Aceton entfetten, ggf. anschleifen). Primer mit Pinsel oder Tauchverfahren dünn und gleichmässig auftragen. Mindestens 30 Min bei 23 °C trocknen lassen, dann das Silikon (RTV/CAF/Bluesil) auf den primierten Bereich applizieren. Bei Polyadditions-Silikonen darf der Primer keine Inhibitoren enthalten.

Store in the unopened original container in a dry, cool place—typically between +5 and +30 °C; see the TDS for exact values. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Note the expiration date on the packaging—Elkem guarantees the product specifications only until the specified date.
